Jessica Hale is a member of Rose Law Group’s Cannabis Law and Business and Corporate Transaction departments. Before Rose Law Group, Jessica was working in the in-house capacity as associate counsel for a large corporation in the insurance industry. Much of her experience lies in the transactional world of business and she has been involved with drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts of varying complexity and content, including contracts for pharmaceutical clinical trials, cybersecurity, employment, business to business agreements, profit share, and vendor and client relationships.
